Newcastle ONLY purpose built private OUTDOOR Gym. All we do outdoors with less running. Here at our static location we will incorporate all the methods we use to get you fitter, happier and healthier, and slimmer if needs be. Sessions will cater for all abilities and will be kept inline with our fun, firm, friendly fitness ethos.
Bootcamp is where it all began for us back in 1999 – this is our bread and butter. The foundation of your relationship with us, this is where truly great results begin. Fun and friendly fitness outdoors, our bootcamp’s are loosely based on military style training modified to ensure all activities are scalable for all shapes, sizes and abilities.
Strength & Conditioning (Circuits)
Great class where the focus is on making you fitter and stronger by well proven methods of strength and body conditioning. These sessions are best suited to those who will buy and commit to regular attendance to progress knowledge as well as physical gains.
We are putting our SPIN on cycling, the ODFC way. Feed off the incredible energy in the room with a combination of endurance and strength building intervals. With a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle once again.
Fight Fit (Boxercise)
Fight fit is all about using boxing skills, drills, and workouts to get you as fit as a fighter. Boxercise is a fun, challenging and safe way to tone muscles and burn fat. There’s shadow-boxing, skipping, press-ups, sit-ups, hitting bags and jabbing pads – all the things that pro-boxers do to stay fit. Don’t worry, though, there’ll be no physical contact. We’re all about fun!
The perfect time to lengthen and strengthen those muscles to gain all the benefits this training method brings. A time served concept of improving all round health and well being, pilates should be done by anyone who is serious about their mind & body.
